From Sunday, November 1st, the HMC winter opening hours are as follows:

Monday & Wednesday to Friday 09:00 - 15:00
Saturday & Sunday 11:00 - 16:00
Tuesdays & Holidays: Closed
[PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: January 1st, Orthodox Easter Sunday, Orthodox Easter Monday, December 25th, December 26th]
Free admission on the first Sunday of every month (winter opening hours on Sundays, 11:00 - 16:00).
Library opening hours
Monday & Wednesday to Friday 09:00-15:00
Tickets
Adults: € 5,00
Concessions: Pupils and students (on production of ID), adults over 65: € 3,00
Free admission: Children aged 12 and under, unemployed Greek citizens (on production of card), students of the University of Crete, the Technical University of Crete and the Technological Educational Institute of Crete.
Free admission to the HMC Café and Shop during Museum opening hours.
