The symposium’s academic committee comprises Nicos Hadjinocolaou, Professor Emeritus of Art History at the University of Crete; Maria Constantoudaki, University of Athens Professor of Byzantine Archaeology; and Panayotis Ioannidou, Assistant Professor of Art History at the University of Crete.
Symposium languages will be English, Greek and Spanish, with simultaneous interpreting from English and Spanish to Greek, and from Greek to English. The conference will be broadcast via live streaming on the Historical Museum of Crete webpage, courtesy of the University of Crete Communications and Network Centre.
The symposium will open in the Basilica of St. Mark, at 10:00am on Saturday 21st June 2014.
