ONE-YEAR POSTPONEMENT OF THE 13th INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF CRETAN STUDIES

Due to the current global health situation, the Organizing Committee of the 13th International Congress of Cretan Studies has decided to postpone the Congress for one year, to October 2022. The submission deadline for abstracts from those wishing to participate is accordingly moved to 31 December 2021.

The Congress will be held in the town of Agios Nikolaos in partnership with the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos, as agreed from the beginning. To the original theme of Upheavals, Ruptures, Discontinuities, Risings is now added a second theme, Health and Illness in Human Communities.

An explanatory circular will be issued shortly by the Organizing Committee.
